From there, you can simply select which songs you want to save and copy and click a button to start the transfer process. After connecting your iPod, iRepo X displays a listing of all the songs on the iPod in an interface that's not unlike iTunes. If your friend has songs you would like, you can connect their iPod to your computer and transfer over all the songs you don't have. Alternatively, it can be useful for anyone that wants to take a few songs from a friends iPod without being blocked by iTunes restrictions. IRepo X could be useful if you've experienced a computer crash and need to replace your music collection from your iPod which is impossible using iTunes alone.
